大型复杂铝合金型材挤压及其数值模拟技术发展概况

摘    要:综述了大型铝合金型材的特点、应用及发展现状,以及挤压模具设计技术和数值模拟技术的发展现状,概述了以拉格朗日有限元法、欧拉有限体积法、任意拉格朗日-欧拉有限元法为代表的数值模拟方法及其目前尚未解决的问题,总结了大型复杂铝型材挤压数值模拟技术的难点和瓶颈。

Abstract:Characteristics,application and development situation of large-scaled aluminum profiles and the development of extrusion die design and numerical simulation technology were reviewed.Several numerical simulation methods such as CFD and ALE and some unsettled problems were presented.The technique difficulties and bottleneck problems in extrusion numerical simulation technology for large-scaled aluminum profiles were summarized as well.
