汽轮机调节级叶片缺损原因分析

摘    要:通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等方法对汽轮机调节级叶片缺损的原因进行了分析。结果表明:导致调节级叶片缺损的原因是固体异物卡在调节级动叶与下一级静叶之间发生反复多次的挤压摩擦所致。

Abstract:By means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties testing,metallographic examination,SEM observation,energy spectrum analysis and so on,the damage reason of governing-stage blades of steam turbine had been investigated.The results showed that the cause of damage was that many times extrusion and friction between governing-stage blade and next stage static-blade which caused by foreign solid material.
