石头纸相关性能研究

摘    要:研究了三家企业的石头纸相关性能及印刷适性,并与铜版纸进行对比分析.研究表明:石头纸相关性能对印品质量影响的综合排序是:吸水性﹥光泽度﹥白度﹥抗张强度﹥平滑度;石头纸印品的油墨转移率峰值、实地密度、色域均小于铜版纸.采用吹膜法生产工艺石头纸,其油墨转移率整体上优于采用压流延法生产工艺石头纸;石头纸在作为包装材料方面的性能比较突出.

Abstract:The related properties and printability of three rich mineral papers were analyzed and comparison was done with coated paper .Research shows that the comprehensive effect on print quality of the rich mineral paper performance is :water absorbability ﹥ gloss ﹥whiteness﹥tensile strength﹥ smoothness .The printing ink transfer rate ,density ,color gamut are all less than that of coated paper .The printing ink transfer rate of rich mineral pa-per with blown film production is better than that of tape casting with pressure .The rich mineral paper is outstanding as the packing material .
