| 摘 要： | 介绍波纹式橡胶套的产品和模具设计过程。经数据处理设计的产品表面平滑连接、厚薄均匀、回弹性能良好且大大提高了使用寿命。设计的新型六组合芯模压模具装置使得制品易于脱出且不易撕裂割坏。该装置不仅适用于不同规格的正弦形波纹式橡胶套而且适用于左（右）旋螺纹式橡胶套的生产，适用面较广。

| Abstract: | The corrugated rubber case and it's mold designing are introduced in this paper.This product has a smooth joinling on surface,homogeneous thickness,good resilienee and long service life.A new designed six core combined mold facility makes the product to be released easily without any tearings.The facility is widely applied rubber case production for either sine corrugated rubber case production or left(right) spiral rubber case production. |
