用解析法近似描述啮合异向双螺杆熔体输送行为

从简化模型出发，参照已有的流速分布数值计算，求出了Ｃ形小区内熔体流速分布的近似解析解，并由此导出了熔体输送段中的轴向力、扭矩、功耗和比功耗的计算式。和数值计算相比，由于其具有解析形式，因而直观地反映了熔体输送特性参数与其它有关参数间的关系，便于实际运用。

Ulsing Analytic Method to Describe Approximately the Melt -Conveying Performance of an Intermeshing Counter-Rotating Twin-Screw Extruder

On the basis of simplified theoretical models and previous numerical results of velocity distributions,this paper has worked out the approximateanalytical solutions for the velocity distributions of the melts in a C-shaped chamber.There upon,the analytical expressions for calculating the axial force,torque,power consumption and reduced power consumption are derived In comparison with the numerical results,these expressions,owing to their analytical form,not only can represent directly the relations between the above-mentioned performance parameters and the concerned factors,but also can be used conveniently.
