高校大学生拖欠学费的经济学分析

随着"科教兴国"战略的有效实施,我国高等教育逐渐进入大众化教育阶段,然而,大学生欠交学费问题的出现困扰着高等教育,制约了实施高等教育的大学发展,严重影响了学校的正常教学.通过从经济学的视角进行分析,认为"欠费"现象具有外部性特征,它与政府的资助制度、学校的管理制度、学生的信用制度等的内生性缺陷有关,必须通过完善制度设计才能从根本上解决"欠费"问题.
