激光工艺参数对45钢淬透性能的影响

摘    要:采用CO2激光器对45钢表面进行激光淬火处理,通过改变不同的激光工艺参数得到不同的试样。对各个试样的金相组织进行观察和分析并研究了激光淬火工艺参数对45钢淬透性的影响,试验得出硬化层深度在0.15~0.35mm之间,宽度在1.0~2.0mm之间。

Abstract:The laser quench on 45 steel was studied in this paper by CO2 laser.Different samples can be got by changing the different laser technological parameters.Microstructure of each sample was observed,and the harden ability of 45 Steel was also studied.The quench-hardening depth can reach to 0.15~0.35 mm,and the quench-hardening width can reach to 1.0~2.0 mm.
