断弧焊在小管径焊接中的应用

摘    要:焊接工艺随着当今科学技术的发展而不断提高,手工电弧焊在小管径焊接中也得到了普遍的应用。但在实践操作过程中,对于一些缺乏经验的焊工来说,常会因为控制不好熔池温度而产生各种焊接缺陷。本文对焊接常出现的问题进行分析,结合多年的焊接经验积累,介绍了一种能够有效控制熔池温度的焊接方法——一断弧焊。

Abstract:Welding technology constantly improves with modern science and technology development,manual arc welding in small diameter welding is also got a universal application,but in practice,for some less experienced welders,and often for the control is not at good bath temperature,produced various weld defects.The paper from welding common problems for analysis,combined with years of experience accumulation and welding,introduced a way to effectively control the soldering bath temperature or broken arc welding.
