摘    要:清管作业在天然气管道中应用的越来越广泛,清管就是利用清管器推走管道内的沉积物和管道碎片,其目的是把管道内的杂物清除干净。定期清管可以保持管道中的流动通畅,降低管道内部压降,提高管道的流动效率。本文基于CFD(计算流体动力学)方法并利用Gambit及Fluent相关软件研究模拟了天然气管道直板清管器内部流场,模拟结果可显示清管器内部的压力变化流场和速度流场,研究结果为直板清管器的进一步稳定运行提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Pigging operation is used extensively in gas pipelines.Pigging is that the contents of a pipeline are pushed by a pig.With the goal of removing the deposits and debris almost completely from the pipeline,periodic pigging can reduce the pressure drop and increase the flow efficiency.By the CFD,Gambit and Fluent analysis,the pressure and velocity flow field PIG in the natural gas pipeline are obtained.Theory basis was provided by the research results for the better stable operation of the straight plate pig.
