齿轮—转子耦合系统中轮齿故障机理研究

摘    要:本文建立了齿轮与转子的耦合非线性方程.对转子的涡动与轮齿动载荷之间的关系以及如何降低齿轮动载荷作了探讨.结果表明:转子涡动对齿面动载荷有较大影响,随着涡动量的增加,轮齿动载荷迅速加大,其增加程度与转子的运行参数及结构参数有关.在设计机器时应对齿轮与转子的动态特性整体考虑,以减小轮齿的动应力和转子的激振力.

Abstract:The relationship between rotor whirl and dynamic load of gears has been investigated. And how to decrease the dynamic load of gear systems has been suggested. The coupled nonlinear equations for gears and rotors have been set up.The results have shown that the dynamic load increases rapidly with increasing the whirl amplitude and the increment is dependent upon the working and structure paremeters of rotors. In order to decrease the dynamic stress level in gear teeth and the excitation of rotors, the dynamic behaviour of gears and rotors should be taken into account wholely when designing machines.
