| 摘 要： | 结合"深圳市不可回收有机垃圾及资源化利用研究"项目,通过问卷调查及专家座谈对深圳市有机垃圾资源化在深圳市民中的认知度分析后,了解到深圳大部分市民对生活垃圾资源化有一定程度的认知,并认为目前要做好垃圾减量化与资源化,最大的难点在于管理措施或政策跟不上。在此基础上提出一些相关的管理和政策建议以期对深圳市有机垃圾资源化项目市场化运作提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As investigating the awareness of Shenzhen citizen on resource of organic refuse by questionnaire and informal discussion with experts, it is informed that most of Shenzhen citizen has certain awareness about living refuse as resource and the main difficult for reducing and treating refuse as resource is deficiency of administrative measurement and policy. Based on this, it has been advanced that some relative administrative and politic recommendations for marketing operation of treating Shenzhen organic refuse as resource. |
