摘    要:针对电力系统中不同灵活交流输电装置(FACTS)控制器之间可能存在的交互影响问题,以静止无功补偿器(SVC)与静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)两种FACTS控制器为研究对象,通过一简单电力系统时域仿真实例验证了SVC和STATCOM同时装设工况下,多个控制器之间存在着负交互影响的可能性.建立了含SVC和STATCOM的单机无穷大电力系统的扩展Phillips-Heffron模型,并引入了相对增益矩阵(RGA)控制器交互分析理论.基于RGA方法,定量研究了SVC和STATCOM在不同电气距离下交互影响的强弱,并经过了时域仿真验证,结果表明,RGA理论能有效地分析SVC和STATCOM之间的交互作用.

Abstract:With the wide applications of flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices, a potential risk of interaction between FACTS controllers may impose negative influence on practical power systems. The results of a time-domain simulation of a single-machine infinite-bus power system demonstrate the possibility of the negative interactions between Static Var Compensators (SVC) and Static Synchronous compensator (STATCOM). The Phillips-Heffron model of a single-machine infinite-bus power system with one SVC and one STATCOM installed was established. Then, relative gain array (RGA) theory was proposed for analyzing the interaction between SVC and STATCOM. Based on the RGA analysis, the influence caused by the electrical distance between two FACTS devices was investigated emphatically. The detailed nonlinear simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed RGA theory.
