高关水电站增效扩容改造

摘    要:高关水电站建于上个世纪80年代中期,原机组、控制设备为70年代产品,技术落后,配置标准低,运行已20多年,机组及控制设备老化严重,机组效率低,性能差,故障多,存在不少安全隐患。针对电站这种现状,结合增效扩容改造的原则,阐述了所采用的新技术、新设备等措施。改造后机组装机容量及其效率得到整体提升。

Abstract:Gaoguan Hydropower Station was built in the early 1980 s, and the original generator units and the controlling equipment are the products of the 1970s, which are of out-of-date technology and low standard of configuration .After the operation over 20 years, these units and controlling equipment are generally in a serious ageing situation with low ef-ficiency, poor performance , frequent failure and high security risk .Under this circumstance , a reconstruction work on capacity expansion and productivity improvement of the station is carried out .New technology and equipment are adopt-ed.After the reconstruction , the installation capacity is expanded and the overall productivity is improved .
