城镇化空间质量的评估和提升策略研究以浙江省为例

文章以中国经济较为发达、城镇化特点较为鲜明的浙江省为研究对象,对浙江省城镇空间质量从城镇体系和城镇内部两个层面进行剖析,并构建空间质量的评价指标体系对浙江省的城镇化空间质量进行定量评估.文章指出浙江省空间质量情况不均,杭州、宁波等大城市的空间质量明显高于其他城市,浙东沿海地区的空间质量明显高于浙南浙西山区域市.最后提出以都市区为基础构建城乡一体的共生发展策略是未来浙江省在新型城镇化过程中需要遵循的原则.

Research in the Evaluation and Improvement of the Space Quality of Urbanization A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

This paper focuses on the space quality of urbanization in Zhejiang, which is a highly-urbanized and well-developed province in China. Evaluation is conducted at two levels： between urban centersand within an individual urban center. An index system is established to evaluate the space quality of the cities in Zhejiang. The conclusion is that the space quality of cities in eastern Zhejiang such as Hangzhou, Ningbo are better than that of the cities in southern and western Zhejiang. The strategy is to form metropolitan areas and integration of urban and rural areas in Zhejiang, in which cities on different levels of development can develop together.
