摘    要:介绍了古田溪水力发电厂四级站功率调节模式的改造。针对轴流转桨式机组的特点,采用了一种新型的变参数功率调节模式,变参数功率前馈控制增加了功率调节的快速性,变参数功率PI调节提高了功率控制的稳定性和精度,利用不同水头下的电气开限和机组最大功率反馈限制导叶最大开度,避免功率调节失调,解决了原有功率调节模式存在的调节速度慢、控制不够稳定、调节精度差的问题。

Abstract:The improvement work on power regulation mode of generator units in the fourth stage station of Gutianxi Hy -dropower Station is introduced .According to the characteristics of Kaplan turbine unit , a novel variable mode of power regulation is adopted.In this mode, the power regulation speed is increased by the variable power feed-forward control. The stability and accuracy of the power regulation is improved by the variable power PI regulation .The maximum open-ing of the guide vane is controlled by the electrical opening limit and the maximum power feedback limit under different water heads.Thus, the inadequate power regulation can be avoided .And the problems of low regulation speed , unstable and imprecise control are solved .
