摘    要:这是一篇冶金工程领域的论文。针对越南安沛地区某铁矿尾矿磁选后得到的含稀土富集物无法直接利用问题,采用硫酸焙烧工艺、萃取富集转型技术对其进行实验开发,考查硫酸焙烧、水浸、除杂、转型等过程的工艺参数对实验效果的影响,确定较佳工艺技术条件。实验表明,采用酸矿比(体积∶质量)=0.7,焙烧温度250 ℃,焙烧时间2 h,浸出水∶矿=4进行焙烧和水浸,以除杂剂浓度0.1 g/mL,除杂终点pH值=4.2进行除杂,以O∶A=1.5~2进行5级逆流萃取,O∶A=10∶1进行5级逆流反萃,整体收率可达90.1%~92.88%,稀土浓度在1.5 mol/L左右,杂质铁、铝含量均低于100 mg/L,满足工业化应用的需求,实现对越南安沛铁矿伴生稀土资源开发利用。

Abstract:This is an essay in the field of metallurgical engineering. Aiming at the problem that the rare earth enrichment after magnetic separation of iron ore tailings in Yen Bai Province, Vietnam cannot be directly utilized, the sulfuric acid roasting process and extraction and enrichment transformation technology are used to carry out experimental development. The process parameters of sulfuric acid roasting, water leaching, impurity removal, transformation and other processes were systematically studied and observed how work on the effect of the experiment and the most optimum technological conditions were determined. The experiment showed the acid and ore ratio (volume: mass) is 0.7, the roasting temperature is 250 degrees Celsius, the roasting time is 2 hours, the leaching water and ore ratio is 4, and the roasting and leaching process was carried out under the above conditions. Impurity removal was carried out with a concentration of 0.1 g/mL and a pH of 4.2 as the endpoint. The grade 5 counter-current extraction was carried out under the O/A of 1.5~2, the 5 counter-current back extraction was carried out under the O/A rate of 10:1, the overall recovery rate reached 90.1%-92.88%, the rare earth concentrations is 1.5 mol/L, the content of iron and aluminum is lower than 100 μg/mL, and met the requirement of the industrial applications, and realized the utilization and development of the accompanied rare earth resources of the iron ore tailings in Yen Bai Province, Vietnam.
