舰载铸铝密闭机柜优化分析

摘    要:刚强度/重量比最优是舰载铸铝密闭机柜的设计目标。为满足设计要求,对机柜进行了结构优化分析。采用拓扑优化方法确定了机柜加强筋布局;通过手工优化和有限元刚强度分析计算,确定了加强筋截面参数、板厚等具体设计参数。结果表明该机柜动态特性可满足设计要求。

Abstract:The best ratio of stiffness and strength/weight is the design aim of the marine aluminum-mould airtight cabinet.The cabinet structure optimization was analyzed.The method of structural topology optimization was used to obtain the best layout of framework,and the design parameters were confirmed through manual adjustment and stiffness and strength analysis.The optimization structure was obtained,and the result indicates that the characteristics of the cabinet meet the design requirement.
