摘    要:为200MW汽轮发电机组设计一套分布式实时状态监测系统,该系统实现32路振动信号,300路热工参数信号,180路开关量和脉冲量信号的巡检。现场运行表明,该系统监测可靠,可以取代常规仪表,生成所有测点的实时和历史数据库,为200MW机组监测自动化提出有效可行的方法。同时,提出大规模传感器故障检测和诊断的方法。

Abstract:This paper describes a condition monitoring system for 200MW stream turbin generator set,which consists of 332 analog and 180 digital measurement points.The system successfully carried out the set performance monitoring,which can replace ordinary devices such as gages,dials,strip chart recorder and log books and can generate some real time and historical databases for set performance analysis.Also,large scale sensors fault detect and diagnosis methods are put forward.
