| 摘 要： | 结合招投标在建设工程中的应用，从商务技术文件和报价文件两方面对投标文件的编制进行了分析，指出在编制投标文件时要杜绝重大偏差，尽量减少细微偏差，以提高投标文件的质量，从而增加中标的机会。

| Abstract: | Combining with the application of bidding on construction project,the author analyses the establishment of bidding document from two points of commercial technical document and quotation document,points out that in the process of bidding document,putting an end to great deviation and reducing minute deviation as possible can increases the quality of bidding document and chances of winning bid. |
