摘    要:通过对便携式电子产品连接端口的关键零件USB级进模的设计,介绍了精密冷冲压模具的主要设计流程,以及弯曲、天桥抽芯机构、压印胀形铆合等在级进模中的应用.经过实践的检验,模具运行状态平稳,生产的零件质量可靠.

Abstract:Through the design of precision progressive die for USB, key part for the port of carry-home electronic products, main design procedure of precision cold stamping die design was introduced. Application of die structures such as bending, crossover taking out core, coining, expanding, punch riveting were presented. The die operated stable in actual manufacturing and the quality of manufactured part was reliable.
