圆形与扇形可倾瓦推力轴承的理论比较与温度场实测

摘    要:本文利用热弹流理论模型及程序,分析了圆形与扇形可倾瓦推力轴承各自的特点;从润滑参数的场特征,瓦变形的影响,偏心支承范围等方面比较了它们的润滑性能.在40吨推力轴承实验台上进行了两种瓦面温度场的对比实验.这些工作为圆形可倾瓦推力轴承的应用提供了依据.

Abstract:Based on TEHD theory model, this paper analyzed and compared the lubricating characterastics of circular and sector shaped tilting pad thrust bearings, such as the distribution of oil film parameter on pad, the effect of pad deformation and the loading range of eccetric pivot, etc. The temperature distributions of both pads on a 40T thrust bearing test rig is measured also.
