迷迭香提取物抑菌作用研究

摘    要:为了解迷迭香中的抑菌物质和抑菌作用,采用滤纸片法研究了从迷迭香提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到的迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚及迷迭香的95%乙醇提取物、三氯甲烷萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、结核分枝杆菌、甲型链球菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、志贺痢疾杆菌、宋氏痢疾杆菌和绿脓杆菌8种细菌的抑菌活性。迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚在浓度高于0.01g/ml时对金黄色葡萄球菌、结核分枝杆菌、甲型链球菌、大肠杆菌、志贺痢疾杆菌、宋氏痢疾杆菌有明显的抑菌活性;迷迭香酚对肺炎链球菌抑菌活性不强,在浓度0.3g/ml以上时才有抑菌活性,鼠尾草酚对肺炎球菌无抑菌活性;迷迭香酚和鼠尾草酚均对绿脓杆菌无活性;迷迭香乙醇提取物和三氯甲烷萃取物除对绿脓杆菌均无活性外,对其它细菌只有在浓度0.3g/ml以上时才有一定活性。根据本测验结果,迷迭香酚和鼠尾草酚应用于食品防腐有一定的可行性。

Abstract:To explore the bacteriostatic substances contained in Rosemary, the bacteriostasis activity of rosmanol and carnosol isolated from ethyl acetate part of Rosemary extract, 95 % alcohol extract and chloroform extract of Rosemary were studied by disk diffusion test. The constituents were tested with Staphylococcus aureus, Microbacterium tuberculosis, Streptococcus hemolytius, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Sh. sonnei and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results showed that rosmanol and carnosol had obvious bacteriostatic activity when the concentration was higher than 0.01 g/ml and 95 % alcohol extract and chloroform extract of Rosemary had certain bacteriostatic activity when the concentration was higher than 0.3 g/ml.
