羟基植物油脂肪酸的抗磨规律

摘    要:在四球摩擦磨损试验机上,考察了实验室合成的几种可生物降解的羟基植物油脂肪酸的摩擦学性能。实验发现相同碳数的羟基酸,二羟基廿二酸的抗磨性要好于一羟基廿二酸,二羟基十八酸的抗磨性要好于一羟基十八酸;当羟基酸中含有不饱和健时,羟基的作用不能显示,起主要作用的是分子中的不饱和键,其润滑性与没有羟基的同系不饱和酸类似,羟基植物油脂肪酸的抗磨性规律遵循:二羟基廿二酸(DHDA)>一羟基廿酸(MHDA)=二羟基十八酸(DHOA)>三羟基十八酸(THOA)>一羟基十八酸(MHOA)。

Abstract:The tribological behaviors of several hydroxy vegetable oil fatty acids synthesized as biodegradable additives were assessed on the four - ball machine. The antiwear properties of hydroxy fatty acid with the same carton number were found as follows: the dihydroxydocosanoic acid and the dihydroxyoctadenoic acid shows better antiwear properties than the monohydroxydocosanoic and monohydroxyocatdenoic acid respectively, while the antiwear properties of the unsaturated hydroxy fatty acid has analogy to that of the unsaturated fatty acid. It was Summarized from these experimental results that the antiwear rule of hydroxy vegetable oil fatty acids obeyed the order of the dihydroxydocosanoic acid (DHDA) > the monohydroxydocosanoic acid (MHDA) = the dihydroxyoctadenoic acid (DHOA) > the trihydroxyoctadenoic acid (THOA) > the monohydroxyctadenoic acid (MHOA).
