无烟煤在四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉中应用的前景分析

摘    要:本文分析了W型火焰炉及四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉(下文简称“四角燃烧炉”)燃用无烟煤的优缺点。在此基础上,通过22年的不懈努力,研制成功了“大速差射流型双通道通用煤粉主燃烧器”及卫燃带敷设的新方法,从而克服了四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉的弱点。经过对我国最难燃的无烟煤—福建加福无烟煤(Vdaf=3%~5%)在福建永安火电厂410t/h锅炉中的工业性考核及焦作电厂670t/h锅炉燃用晋东南无烟煤(Vdaf=6%~10%)的工业性考核后得出结论;利用我们发明的技术,四角燃烧炉与W型火焰炉一样能脱油稳定地、低负荷地燃烧无烟煤,这样,突破了国际上普遍认为的:当Vdaf<13%时,只能用W型火焰炉而不能用四角燃烧炉的禁区。哈尔滨锅炉厂已决定将该燃烧器作为大型四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉的定型设计,首台大型(300MW)四角燃烧炉将在中国诞生,这将是一个创举,从此将结束只能用W型火焰沪才能烧无烟煤的局面。由于四角燃烧炉具有比W型火焰炉的价格便宜,占地面积少等优点,在激烈的市场竞争中必将显示出其优势。

Prospect Analysis of the Application of Anthracite in Four Corner Tangential--fired Pulverized Coal Boiler
Abstract:A new method which adopted a new type of universal pulverized coal main burner of dual air conduit with high velocity difference--jet flow and adding refractory belt to fire anthracite in four corner tangential--fired pulverized coal boiler has been successfully developed and also verified by industrial test. Harbin Boiler Works has determined this burner was taken as final design of four corner anthracite--fired boiler. It is a significant breakthrough in anthracite combustion technology and has an profound effect on boiler design in the future. The author is sure that the first boiler will be birth in China certainly.
