| 摘 要： | 简述了太钢第二炼钢厂生产汽车排气系统用不锈钢409L系的工艺特点，分析了超低碳不锈钢生产中碳、氮和钛的控制，并针对生产过程中影响钛回收率的相关因素进行了分析，提出了该钢种生产中存在的主要问题及其采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The process characteristics of 409L series stainless steel grade used for automobile exhaust system were mentioned. Carbon, Nitrogen and Titanium, Through analyzing the control of some elements, for example and also these interrelated factors that will influence to the yield ratio of Titanium. The main existing problems and the meet measures to the process of steel making were put forward. |
