摘    要:基于CPC理念的动态联盟中CAPP与PPS的集成,更突出主动协同及CAPP与PPS的集成对联盟企业产品全寿命优化的影响。本文通过分析企业动态联盟中基于CPC的产品CAPP与PPS的集成特征,对其集成的关键技术如产品配置管理、全寿命优化协同设计、数据共享及冲突管理和协调等进行了较详细的研究,提出了动态联盟企业中CAPP与PPS的集成框架,并通过实例初步验证了动态联盟下产品CAPP与PPS集成方案的可行性。

Abstract:The integration of CAPP & PPS based on the theory of CPC in the agile virtual enterprise(AVE) will give prominence to co-operation and the effects on the AVE product overall lifecycle optimization. Analysing the property of CAPP& PPS integration based on the CPC in the AVE, we deal with the key problem about it such as product configuration management, co-operation designing for production overall lifecycle optimization,data-sharing and conflicting management & co-ordination. We propose the framework of CAPP & PPS integration in the AVE. We also examine the feasibility of CAPP & PPS integration in the AVE by a real case.
