Al2O3包覆尖晶石型LiMn2O4的研究

摘    要:对尖晶石型LiMn2O4表面进行Al2O3包覆,并对其材料结构和电化学性能进行研究.结果表明,Al2O3包覆可有效降低Jahn-Teller畸变,提高电化学性能.当Al的包覆量为3.0%时,材料的放电比容量与循环性能达到最佳,首次放电比容量为113.5 mAh/g,20次循环后,比容量衰减至87.6 mAh/g,容量保持率为77.2%.

Abstract:Al2O3 was coated on spinel-type LiMn2O4.The structure and electrochemical properties of the material were studied.The results showed that Al2O3 coating can reduce Jahn-Teller distortion,improve electric chemical property.Discharge capacity and cyclic stability of the material were best when Al account for 3.0% of LiMn2O4.The initial discharge specific capacity was 113.5 mAh/g,after 20 cycles,specific capacity was 87.6 mAh/g.The capacity retained 77.2%.
