| Abstract: | Talents of innovative nature are needed in the construction of Chinese - style socialism and in the participation in the new - century competition in international economy to meet the challenges of knowledge - based economy. This paper puts forward the ways to train and develop such talents from the perspective of strengthening the reform on higher education, training the teaching staff and establishing school - run high - tech Indus-try. |
