苯乙烯催化环氧化制备氧化苯乙烯

摘    要:以苯乙烯为原料 ,双氧水为氧化剂 ,钼酸铵为催化剂 ,氧化三丁锡为相转移剂 ,硫酸钠为引发剂 ,氯仿为溶剂制备氧化苯乙烯。研究了催化剂、相转移剂、反应时间、氧化剂等因素的影响。实验表明 :当加入 2 5ml苯乙烯、2 5ml双氧水、2 5ml三氯甲烷、0 9g钼酸铵、2 5ml氧化三丁锡和0 1g硫酸钠时 ,双氧水转化率为 86 96%,氧化苯乙烯收率为 74 42 %,反应的选择性为 85 5 8%。

Abstract:The experiment employed styrene as row materials, hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant, ammonium molybdate as a catalyst, tri-n-butultinoxy as a phase-transfer reagent, sodium sulfate as a kindling, and chloroform as solvent to synthesize styrene oxide. The catalytic oxidation was studied by changing the dosage of catalyst, transfer reagent, reaction time and so on.It is shown that under the optimal conditions of 25?ml of styrene, 25?ml of hydrogen peroxide, 25?ml of chloroform, 0.9?g of ammonium molybdate, 2.5?ml tri-n-butultinoxy, and 0.1?g of sodium sulfate,the percent conversion of hydrogen peroxide is 86.96%, the yield of styrene oxide 74.42%, and the selectivity 85.58%.
