张峰水库土石坝施工及铺料箱应用

结合张峰水库土石坝结构形式、特点、材料性质、填筑部位、功能、目的及机械情况,采用相应的施工方法,尤其该工程层次多、宽度小(反滤料、过渡料宽为100,150 cm),按先砂后土、土砂平起施工原则层厚(30 cm),而采用铺料箱施工。经实践,该方法具有质量好、速度快、省劳力,并为防渗体的施工提供了条件,抓住了重点,保证了质量,促进了工程进展。

Construction of earth rock - fill dam and application of placing - material box

Combined with structural type,structural features,material properties,filling portions,and purpose as well as utilization of machinery for Zhangfeng earth rock-filled dam,the relevant construction methods are adopted to especially suit many layers and small widths(filter and transition materials by 100 cm and 150 cm) according to the principle of firstly placing sand and then soil,as well as placement of sand & soil equally uprising 30 cm thick.By practice,the placing-material box is used for construction with good quality,quick speed and labor-saving,which has furnished conditions for the construction of anti-seepage barrier,ensured the quality and facilitated the project progress.
