微波消解-分光光度法测定汽油中的铜

摘    要:采用微波消解方法消解汽油样品。详细考察了微波消解样品用量、酸种类及用量、消解时间、功率和压力对消解效果的影响,并应用正交设计选择了微波消解的最佳工作参数,建立了用微波消解-分光光度法测定汽油中铜的方法,与常压溶样方法测定结果吻合,且两种方法的加标回收率均在97.3%~101.5%。微波法的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于1.45%,比常压溶样法小,符合企业产品精密度的要求。实验结果表明,该法样品用量少,省酸,操作简单,减少环境污染,改善工作环境。

Abstract:Gasoline samples were digested by a microwave digestion method. The effects of digestion samples' amount, various acid species, digestion time, capacity factor and its stress on digestion result were investigated. The optimal parameters of microwave digestion were selected. A method for determining copper in gasoline by microwave digestion-spectrophotometry was established. The results were compared with those determined by dry-ash method, and the two results were the identical. The recovery ratio of two methods is all between 97.3% and 101.5%. The relative standard deviations of analytical results in gasoline samples are less than 1.45% that is less than solution at atmosphere. It accords with the demand of products' precision in factories. The result shows that samples and acid can be saved with simple operation which can decrease environmental pollution and improve the working condition by using this method.
