摘    要:基于汽车轻量化原则,应用超快冷和一步法配分工艺可得到高强塑积的热轧Q&P钢,借助OM、SEM、TEM、XRD和室温拉伸等实验手段,研究配分温度对试验钢组织性能的影响规律。研究表明:随着配分温度的增加,组织中的马氏体板条束细化,残余奥氏体含量增加,其抗拉强度和屈服强度减小,伸长率和强塑积增加,屈强比减小,n值增加。400℃配分的试验钢,残余奥氏体含量最多为12.7%,其抗拉强度为1012 MPa,伸长率为23.5%,屈强比最低为0.62,n值最高为0.15,强塑积最高为23.78 GPa·%,其综合力学性能最好。

Abstract:Based on the principle of automobile lightweight,high-strength plastic of hot-rolled Q&P steel can be obtained by applying ultra-fast cooling and one-step partitioning process.The effect of partition tem-perature on the microstructure and mechanical properties are studied by means of OM,SEM,TEM,XRD and room temperature tensile.The results show that as the distribution temperature increases,the martens-ite lath bundles are refined,the content of retained austenite increases,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease,the elongation and strength plastic product increase,the yield ratio decreases,and the n value increases.The test steel distributed at 400℃has the best comprehensive mechanical properties with the maximum retained austenite content of 12.7%,the tensile strength of 1012 MPa,the elongation of 23.5%,the minimum yield ratio of 0.62,the maximum n value of 0.15,and the maximum strength plastic product of 23.78 GPa·%.
