摘    要:根据超声应力波信号的特征,采用了一种简捷、准确的网页滤波器设计软件,设计了一种频率范围在50 kHz~200 kHz的8阶巴特沃兹带通滤波器,通过电路仿真软件(Multisim)对滤波电路进行了仿真调试与验证,通过不断调试优化滤波性能,仿真结果满足设计指标,证明了设计的可靠性;通过Labview搭建自动化测试平台实现了批量滤波板卡的测试,提升了测试效率并节约了人力成本;将滤波器应用于华龙一号某核电管道评估系统中,实现了主管道和波动管密封性能的实时监测。

Design and Application of Ultrasound Stress Wave Signal Bandpass Filter
Abstract:According to the features of ultrasound stress wave signal, adopting a simple and accurate web filter design software, a eight-order Butterworth bandpass filter with the frequency range between 50 kHz and 200 kHz is designed. Using the circuit simulation software (Multisim), the filter circuit is tested and verified, by continuously changing the value of resistance and capacitance and optimizing the filter performance. The simulation results meet the design demands, which proves the reliability of the design. Using Labview to establish the automatic test platform, improves the test efficiency and saves the labor cost. By applying the filter to the nuclear pipeline evaluation system for HPR1000, the sealing performance of the main pipeline and the surge pipeline is monitored in real time.
