| 摘 要： | 分析了国产"天纺"牌涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的基本物化指标、润湿性、摩擦特性及抗静电等性能,并通过纺丝试验考核了该油剂在80 dtex/144 f涤纶FDY上的可纺性。通过与日本进口纺丝油剂在相关指标、使用性能上的对比分析表明:国产纺丝油剂具备与进口同类产品相似的物化指标,同时具有良好的应用性能,能满足80 dtex/144 f规格涤纶FDY纤维的纺丝,并能提高该规格纤维的可纺性。

| Abstract: | The conventional physical and chemical indexes, wettability, friction characteristics and antistatic properties of the domestic "Tianfang" brand polyester FDY spinning finish were analyzed and evaluated systematically. The spinnability of the finish on 80 dtex/144 f polyester FDY fiber was examined by spinning application test. Compared with imported Japanese polyester FDY spinning finishes, the results show that the domestic "Tianfang" brand polyester FDY spinning finish has similar physical and chemical indicators as importedsimilarproducts,andhasgoodapplicationperformance,whichcanmeettherequirementsof 80 dtex/144 fpolyesterFDYspinningandimprovethespinnabilityofthiskindofpolyesterFDY. |
