摘    要:轧件终轧后的降温过程,对其显微组织、性能、内部应力、外观质量均有重大的影响。将热轧H型钢轧后温降区间离散化,并对温降数据进行数值分析,结合理论辐射、空冷对流换热系数模型及实际测量数据,模拟出空冷状态下各规格的温降曲线,可用来指导新产线冷床宽度的设计等。

Abstract:The cooling process after finishing rolling has an important influence on microstructure,proper-ties,internal stress and appearance quality.The temperature drop zone of hot rolled H-beam is separated and the temperature drop data is analyzed numerically.Combining with theoretical radiation,air cooling convection heat transfer coefficient model and the actual measurement data of each specification,the tem-perature drop curves of each specification are simulated under the condition of air cooling,which can be used to guide the design of cold bed width of new production line.
