易染粗旦氨纶的制备及性能

氨纶因具有优良的高弹性能,被广泛应用于服装面料领域。普通粗旦氨纶在染色过程中难以着色,在拉伸状态下,未经染色或染色效果不佳的氨纶就会出现"露白"现象,极大限制了氨纶的应用。通过化学和物理方法添加定量的助染剂,制备出了对酸性染料有良好着色效果的易染粗旦氨纶。研究证明,制备的易染粗旦氨纶在保持原有良好力学性能的同时,较普通的氨纶对酸性染料具有更加优异的染色性能和色牢度,解决了高档针织领域对氨纶的易染性能要求。

Preparation and Properties of Easy-Dyed Heavy-Denier Spandex

Spandex is widely used in the field of apparel fabrics because of its excellent elastic properties.Ordinary heavy-denier Spandex is difficult to color in the dyeing process. During the stretching state, heavy-denier Spandex without dyeing or dyeing poor will appear the phenomenon of"white". The application of Spandex is limited greatly. The acid dyeable heavy-denier Spandex is prepared by adding dyeing auxiliary with chemical and physical methods. It has been proved that compared to ordinary Spandex, the easy-dyed heavy-denier Spandex has better acid dyeing properties and color fastness while maintaining good mechanical properties.
