摘    要:对再生化纤生产过程中的废水循环再利用进行了分析,阐述了生产废水循环再利用对企业降低成本的利好。同时,也对未经处理直接使用的循环废水对纤维生产过程、纤维产品品质的不利影响作了分析。通过研究膜处理工艺在循环废水的处理中的应用,包括降低废水中的盐度、可溶解性固体浓度等,不仅使熔体过滤器使用寿命延长40%~60%,瓶片清洗质量得到大幅提高,而且使纤维的膨松度、压缩弹性回复率、纤维中空率均有所提高,纤维中的疵点含量、超倍长纤维含量有不同比例的下降。此外,还可以减少污水排放,降低成本,具有环境效益和经济效益。该工艺在再生化纤行业具有推广应用的潜力。

Application of Integrated Treatment Technology for Bottle Cleaning Wastewater in Recycled Spinning Chemical Fiber

Abstract:The recycling of wastewater in the process of recycled chemical fiber production is analyzed, and the recycling of production wastewater is used to reduce the cost of enterprises. At the same time, the adverse effects of the recycled wastewater directly used without treatment on the fiber production process and fiber product quality were also analyzed. By studying the treatment of circulating wastewater by membrane treatment, including reducing the salinity and soluble solid concentration in the wastewater, the service life of the melt filter is extended by 40%~60%, and the quality of the cleaning of the bottle is greatly improved.The bulkiness, compression elastic recovery rate, and hollow ratio of the fiber are improved, the content of the defects in the fiber and the content of the ultra long fiber are decreased in different proportions. In addition, it can also reduce sewage discharge, reduce costs, and has environmental and economic benefits.Therefore, the process has the potential to be promoted and applied in the recycled chemical fiber industry.
