摘    要:分析再热器顶棚穿墙管焊缝裂纹产生的原因,选择合理的检测方法,制定相控阵检测工艺对穿墙管焊缝进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析和验证。结果表明,相控阵技术在穿墙管焊缝裂纹检测方面具有明显的技术优势,有利于缺陷的识别和判定。

Abstract:The causes of the weld crack on the ceiling sealing structure are analyzed for choosing suitable detection method.The detection procedure of ultrasonic phased array is developed and tested.The data acquired is analyzed and validated.The experimental result shows that the ultrasonic phased array technology is very suitable for the detection of the welding crack on the ceiling sealing structure and has its accuracy proved on judging the degree of the defects.
