芳纶1313/超高相对分子质量聚乙烯包覆纱工艺优化

摘    要:利用正交试验法,对选用超高相对分子质量聚乙烯长丝作为芯丝、芳纶1313短纤维作为外包纤维纺制的芳纶1313/超高相对分子质量聚乙烯包覆纱的纺纱工艺进行了优化,测试了纱线的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、条干CV值。结果表明:后区牵伸倍数为1.05倍,捻因数为330,芯丝张力为0.2 cN时,纱线的成纱质量最好,断裂强力达到2 172.91 N,纱线截面形态及包覆状态较好。

Discussion and Optimization of the Process of Aramid 1313 Fiber/UHMWPE Covered Yarn

Abstract:Using the orthogonal test method, selecting the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament as the core yarn, the aramid 1313 staple fiber as the covered yarn, the aramid 1313/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene covered yarn was made, the spinning technology was optimized, and the strength, elongation, evenness CV value of the yarn were tested. The results show that when the draft ratio of the rear zone is 1.05 times, the twist coefficient is 330, and the yarn tension is 0.2 cN, the yarn has the best quality, the breaking strength reaches 2172.91 N and the yarn cross-section morphology and coating-state are better.
