老井重钻小眼井技术特点及问题分析

摘    要:针对中原油田老井特点,对Φ139.7套管内老井重钻进行了分析。根据10余口井的施工情况,重点介绍了Φ139.7套管定向开窗侧钻小眼井的工程设计,定向开窗,轨迹控制,钻头使用,钻井方式对比,扩眼效果分析,井下安全预防措施及完井工艺等钻井技术特点。针对现存问题进行分析并提出了几点建议。

Abstract:According to the old well characteristics,the paper analyses the old well re-entry technology (sidetracking and deeping)in 901.gif (105 bytes)139.7 casing in Zhongyuan Oilfield.Through the redrilling practices of more than ten old wells,the paper introduces directional sidetracking slim hole technology in 901.gif (105 bytes) 139.7 casing,especially drilling design,oriented window milling,trajectory control,bit uses,selection of drilling method,hole reaming,downhole safety precaution and completion technique etc.some drilling technique features.Finally,it analyses occuring questions and gives some suggestion.
