摘    要:Q345R钢基体上用A042(E309MoL-16)和A022(E316L-16)焊条堆焊后经过620℃/4 h处理,其弯曲试验在熔合线附近出现大量的宏观裂纹。通过金相及SEM分析认为热处理参数选择导致大量σ相析出是造成开裂的主要原因,变更热处理温度,从而避免了脆性相的产生。

Abstract:The welding electrode A042 ( E309MoL - 16) and A022 ( E316L - 16) on Q345 R steel, after resurfaeing welding, it is done bend test through 620 ℃/4 h annealing. The result shows that there are lots of macro cracks near fusion line. After metallographic and SEM analysis,it is considered the main reason to cause cracks is lots of σ phase separating out due to heat treatment parameter selection. It adopts reducing heat treatment temperature to avoid brittle phase.
