| 摘 要： | 以干燥的金银花粉末为原料,在单因素的基础上,采用3因素3水平响应面分析方法优化了共水蒸馏法提取金银花中挥发油的试验条件。结果表明：提取时间是影响金银花挥发油提取的重要因素,最佳条件为：浸泡时间1.721h、加水量0.453L、提取时间7.490h,在此最佳条件下挥发油的提取率为3.0211%。

| Abstract: | Volatile oil was extracted from dried honeysuckle powder by coeno-water distillation.Based on single-factor experiments,the experimental conditions for the extraction were optimized by response surface analysis with 3 factors at 3 levels.The results showed that extraction time was the most important factor in the extraction of volatile oil,and that the optimum extraction conditions included soaking time 1.721 h,water added 0.453 L and extraction time 7.490 h.The extraction ratio of volatile oil from honeysuckle was 3.0211% under the conditions. |
