| 摘 要： | 全球气候变暖和环境恶化使得太阳能和风能等新能源得到了发展的契机,而电力电子器件是新能源发电的驱动力之一。从提高效率的角度出发,本文介绍了中小功率光伏逆变器中电力电子模块的最新技术发展,包括新型的功能集成技术,封装技术和拓扑结构,并给出了在实际应用中的测试波形。
