双催化剂体系乙烯二聚和共聚合的研究

摘    要:研究以Ti(OBu)_4/SiO_2-AlEt_3乙烯二聚催化剂与TiCl_4/LlgCl_2-AIEt_3乙烯聚合催化剂组成的双催化剂体系,使乙烯二聚生成1-丁烯并与乙烯就地共聚生成LLDPE的各种影响因素。提出了通过控制预二聚时间及两个催化剂投入量之比,使体系中1-丁烯浓度至少在1小时之内基本保持稳定,从而得到组成稳定的LLDPE。

Abstract:A process of ethylene dimerization and simultaneous in-situ copolymedzation of 1-butene with ethylene using a dual catalyst system consisting of a dimerizationcalystTi(oBu)_4/siO_2 and a copolymerization catalyst TiCl_4/MgCl_2 for producing branched polyethy-lene has been developed.The reaction conditions of dimerization and copolymerization wereinvestigated.It is found that by variation in the molar ratio of the two catalysts and thepre-run dimerization time,a basically stable concentration of l-butene in the systeim can bemaintained and, in consequence,a LLDPE with desirable and controllable branching can beobtained.
