摘    要:介绍了我国冷轧板带钢的生产现状,指出了在目前总产能过剩情况下的产品结构调整方向,即应在高品质涂镀层板、电镀锌板、电工板和薄规格冷轧板带等品种上加强开发和增加产能,以替代进口。同时,提出了冷轧板带钢生产的发展方向,即研发无酸除鳞和无乳液润滑,减少污染,实现绿色生产工艺;加大轧制薄带钢的高精度冷轧机的研发与配置;延伸钢铁服务与深加工产业链,从而使钢材得到高效、节约的应用,实现冷轧带钢生产的可持续发展。

Abstract:The production situation of cold rolled strip in China was described.It pointed out the directions of products structure adjustment under the circumstances of surplus of total production capacity,which was to strengthen the development and increase the productivity of some products,such as high-quality coated plate and strip,electrolytic galvanized plate,electrical and thin cold rolled plate and strip steel,so as to substitute the imported products.Meanwhile,the development directions of cold rolled plate and strip steel production were put forward,which were to develop and research the technology of acid-free descaling and emulsion-free lubrication,so as to reduce pollution and realize green production,to develop and research the high-precision mill for thin gauge strips,to extend iron and steel service and processing chain.Therefore,the usage efficiency of steel products were improved,and the raw materials were saved.At last,the sustainable development of cold rolled strip steel production can be realized.
