黑钨矿絮凝重选的机理探讨

摘    要:混合絮凝剂与苯乙烯膦酸或苄基胂酸联合使用,Mn~(2 )作为活化剂能提高黑钨矿的絮凝能力。在黑钨矿的“近零电点区域”能获得最佳絮凝效果。通过矿物动电电位、红外光谱以及原子吸收光谱的测定和溶液化学计算,结果表明,絮凝剂在黑钨矿表面上以化学吸附为主,同时伴有氢键和静电作用,黑钨矿的活化成分是Mn~(2 ),而不是MnOH~ 。本文还探讨了絮团在重选设备上的行为。

AN APPROACH TO THE MECHANISM OF FLOCCULATION-GRAVITY SEPARATION OF MICROSIZED WOLFRAMITE
Abstract:The flocculation response of wolframite can be improved by use of coflocculants CF_1, collector styryl phosphonic acid or benzyl arsonic acid, as well as activator MnCl_2.The optimal flocculation process for wolframite is obtained in the range of nearly zero charge point. Measurements of electrokinetic potential, infrared spectrum, atomic adsorption and calculation of solution chemistry have shown the chemisorption is dominamt on wolframite, associated with hydrogen bonding and electrostatic function. The activating component is Mn~(2 ) ion, but not MnOH~ species. The behaviors of flocs on gravity concentrators are also discussed in this paper.
