摘    要:某桩基工程由于种种原因产生大量不均匀沉降,造成上部结构严重倾斜,必须实施纠倾和加固才能正常使用。针对建筑物实际情况,施工时采用了高压射水法进行建筑物纠倾,同时采用综合法加固地基,经过一年多的倾斜和沉降监测结果表明:高压射水法进行纠倾能有效改变不均匀沉降且经济合理,综合法加固能稳定房屋的沉降,控制新的不均匀沉降,加固效果可靠。

Abstract:The unequal settlements of a pile foundation caused severe inclination of upper structure,and it must be reinforced and rectified before it can be used.According to the practical condition of the building,the method of high-pressure-insinuate-water and the comprehensive reinforcing technology were adopted. After one year,the measuring results indicated that the method of high-pressure-insinuate-water can change unequal settlements,effectively and economically,and the comprehensive reinforcing technology can level off settlements of the building and control new unequal settlements,and that the reinforcing effect is of reliability.
