| Abstract: | The process flow of a 15000m^3/h air separation unit with internal-compression at Liugang is briefly introduced. The practice of the manual variable-load adjusting is also presented. The factors that influence the manual adjusting range are analyzed. The key points of the manual adjusting are discussed in details from aspects of keeping stable content of argon distillation component, controlling the temperature of mid-pumping gas and realizing rapid operation. |
