液压充油泵的原理及应用

摘    要:为解决深抽提液问题,中原油田采油二厂进行了液压充油泵的试验。该装置在普通泵筒下端接一增压装置,靠弹簧贮存和释放能量推动增压装置中的增压活塞,提高抽油泵的充满系数达到增产目的。濮城油田先后在4口井上推广应用,不仅液量增多、泵效明显提高,而且抽油杆载荷略有下降,具有明显节能效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of deep- snubbing fluid extraction, the testing of hydraulic booster oil well pump is carried out by the No.2 Oil Production Plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The principle of hydraulic booster oil well pump that using the booster installation make conventional oil well pump become a booster oil well pump is presented in this paper. This pump can solve the problems of low pump efficiency. Through application in 4 oil wells of Pucheng Oilfield, the result proves that the booster oil well pump not only can make liquid flow rate and pump efficiency increase, but also make load of sucker rod decrease. So, it has obvious energy-saving efficiency.
