钙基脱硫剂空隙结构的分形特性研究

摘    要:以分形理论为基础,利用2种不同的试验方法测定了脱硫剂的分形维数.在不同反应温度下,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和改进的计盒维数法测定了钙基脱硫剂空隙边界的分形维数,得到了空隙边界分形维数与煅烧温度的关系,并采用压汞法测定了脱硫剂颗粒整体的分形维数,研究了煅烧温度和添加荆对分形维数的影响.结果表明:煅烧温度的升高及添加剂含量的增加均会造成脱硫剂分形维数的下降.说明2种方法均可有效测定脱硫剂的分形维数.

Abstract:Based on the fractal theory,two different methods were used to measure the fractal dimension of the sorbents.Utilizing the scan electron microscope(SEM) and the improved box-counting method,the pore boundary fractal dimensions of Ca-based sorbents were measured at different temperatures.And the relation between the boundary fractal dimension and calcination temperature was obtained.In addition,the fractal dimension of sorbent particles as a whole was also measured by using the mercury intrusion method and t...
